Matt founded Tollestrup Law, APC to give California clients direct access to a lawyer who actually handles their case. He represents clients in three core areas: personal injury, landlord-side counsel and lease drafting, and general estate planning.
Matt is admitted to practice in the State of California. The firm takes selective matters so that each client gets careful attention from intake through resolution.
Approach
Good legal work is mostly listening. Matt begins every engagement by understanding what the client actually needs — a settlement, a judgment, a clean estate plan, or simply candid advice — and building a strategy around that, rather than around the firm's convenience.
Where litigation is the right answer, the firm prepares cases thoroughly and tries them when offers fall short. Where it isn't, clients hear that directly.
